Massachusetts state energy officials have awarded the MA Oilheat Council and the Conservation Services Group (CSG) $1.7 million in federal stimulus funds for the upgrade of older, inefficient oil heat equipment in homes statewide with new, higher efficiency oil-fired equipment. The program is called the Oil Heat Efficiency Program, or OHEP.
Homeowners who qualify under the OHEP can receive rebates ranging from $1500 to $4000 depending on the Annual Fuel Utilization Efficiency (AFUE) of the new furnace or boiler and if an indirect-fired hot water tank is installed. Call us for an application. Hurry, when the money is gone the program ends!
